Studio First Row to the Sea apartment is located in Old Town Rovinj on the cobble stone street Vladimir Švalba 25, which runs along the outer perimeter of Old Town Rovinj. The studio apartment has beautifully refurbished stone walls, is fully equipped with modern facilities and comfortable furnishings, and provides beautiful front row views of both the sea and and old town. We live in Rovinj and will meet you upon your arrival to orient you on the surrounding neighborhood.

Neighbourhood information

We bought our apartments in one of the most attractive streets in Old Town Rovinj with amazing views of the sea and the church of St. Euphemia. Each of our apartments, Adriatic Seaview Studio and Studio First Row to the Sea, provides beautiful front row views of the sea and old town, and are just steps away from major historic sites, restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, markets and beaches.
