Welcome to an oasis of peace and relaxation. Al Pino Blue Property is located on the Premantura beachfront and surrounded by a tranquil pine forest. The house (80 m2) together with the large stone terrace (100 m2) and a spacious 600m2 garden are fenced in to provide privacy from neighbours and noise. This gives our guests plenty of room to enjoy both outdoor and indoor activities. The property has been in our family for 50 years and it includes hundred-year-old trees which are homes to several different types of birds and even squirrels. When the property was first bought, our family would stay in an old trailer Sprite Alpine and the house you see today was built in 1991. In May 2020 we renovated the house but preserved its Istrian charm by keeping the stone details and grapevines. We also added a modern touch with a luxury Jacuzzi and contemporary style interior. The warm Istrian climate allows you to enjoy the outdoors – terrace and garden – all year round. The walk to the nearest beach is about a minute long and there is a beautiful trail next to the property perfect for long relaxing walks or cycling.
