New, modern duplex apartment located only two minutes from main promenade and Diocletian palace for 5+2 persons. It's located only 200 meters from bus station and ferry port, where from you can go to the beautifull Croatian islands. Restaurants, night clubs and famous sandy beach Bačvice is also nearby.

My name is Miroslav and I started renting this apartment in April 2017. My profession is floriculture and this is my first apartment which I made with a lot of love . Visit us and enjoy your stay in this modern and unique duplex apartment in center of old town.

Although apartament is located in city center neighborhood is quite and peaceful. In this street there are lots of small domestic restaurants with origin dalmatians food, one of these is opposite the aparment. Beside the apartament there is a rent a car and pharmacy. Riva is less than 200m away from the apartment and Bacvice beach, the most famous beach in Split, is 5 minutes walk from the apartment and at night it turns into one of the most interesting places for a night out. Also there is only 300 m away fishmarket and and open market with fresh fruits, vegetables and typical produce .
