The house is situated in the bay of Stiniva, 3 km from the town centre. This is a robinson-type holiday house powered by solar energy of 12V. The solar energy is used for lighting, adapters, refrigerator and water heater. However, it is not possible to use hair dryer nor the iron. There is a tank water and the cooker is powered by gas. The house offers a private entrance and a private parking lot. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a sofa which can be made into an extra bed. There is a flat TV screen and free WI-FI. There is a terrace with barbecue and a dining place, too.
