Our apartment is located in the quiet village of Lič in Gorski kotar, 4 kilometers from the town of Fužine. The apartment consists of a ground floor with a kitchen, toilet with bathroom, dining room with TV and sofa bed. You need to climb the wooden stairs to the attic where there is a double bed and a single bed. With the help of an air conditioner and in winter with a wood stove you can heat or cool yourself. In the equipment of the apartment we have everything you need for a comfortable stay: dishes, glasses, bed linen, cleaning products. Internet is available and free for guests.You have the whole house at your disposal and on the terrace you can enjoy a hanging swing for two, a table with two chairs and a barbecue. Parking spaces are in the yard and are free of charge. Children can play in the garden. In the same yard there is owner's Kristijan second house which he doesn't use, which means you can enjoy your privacy.

A few words about the people you will meet or contact. Ante is a virtual assistant who will help you with any questions and concerns you may have. Kristijan is the owner and the Meeter and Greeter who will welcome and accommodate you. Ante and Kristijan both speak English and Ante can communicate in Italian and German :). We can always be reached on our phone numbers. For pets please send us an inquiry. If we allow pets to stay, the price per pet is 7 euros per day per pet.

Gorski Kotar is the green oasis of Croatia where you can enjoy mountains, lakes, rivers and parks. At a distance of 5 kilometers you can swim in Lake Bajer in summer, walk or ride bikes on the paths surrounding the lake. For active holiday lovers nearby is the Risnjak National Park, the source of the Kupa river, the Zeleni vir waterfall, the Vražji prolaz canyon, Bijele and Samarske stijene. The sea and beaches are 40 km away (Riviera Opatija) or 20 km (Riviera Crikvenica). Our location is perfect for those who want to swim on the sea beaches during the day in summer and enjoy the pleasant temperatures on the apartment terrace in the evening (on some evenings you may need to turn on the heating). In winter, of course, snow, skiing, tobogganing and wood heating (included) are indispensable.
