Charming holiday home, spacious and light, with a magnificent sea view, furnished with style and love for a pleasant stay and moments of enjoyment - for max. 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, a large terrace, with private parking and free Wi-Fi.
Your host Marija is a fine artist and a financial manager by profession. Together with her husband, a flight instructor and retired Airbus-320 captain, she rents out their lovely seaside home while they are not using it. Because among many other interests and hobbies, they share a great love for the sea - hence the name of the apartment - so whenever possible they get away sailing on their Grand Banks yacht. They sought to equip their home to a high standard, providing all the things that guests might want for a pleasant stay. They like to make their guests feel at home.
The house is located on the hilly slopes above Lovran overlooking the Kvarner Bay. The old town of Lovran, all local tourist facilities, a supermarket, the nearest beach and the promenade by the sea are available within a 5-minute drive. The popular historical tourist resort of Opatija is only 7 km away, ACI Marina in Ičići is 3.8 km away, while Učka Mount Nature Park is a 15 km drive away, with numerous hiking routes and cycling paths for active nature lovers.
