The property is situated only 80 meters from the city beach and in vicinity of popular sandy beach Babe. The position makes this apartment atractive for stay for families with children because of it's uniques position in quiet residential area surrounded by beaches and close to city center. There is a market 100 meters away and city center is in 15 minutes walking distance.
On the other hand, it is great accomodation for young people looking for advanture and day long party. Bus stop to Zrće beach is only 100 meters away and first bars and restorans are in couple of minutes walking distance.
