Naši apartmani se nalaze u mirnoj ulici ,100 m od mora i 200m od centra mjesta Vodice..Imamo 2 velika dvosobna apartmana za 4-5 osoba i jedan studio apartman za 2 osobe.Svi su renovirani, i imaju poseban ulaz, a parking je u dvorištu.Apartmani imaju SAT/TV ,besplatni internet i klima uređaj. Apartman 1 se nalazi u prizemlju i ima veliku terasu od 20 m četvornih ispred koje je vrt., a apartman br, 2 se nalazi na katu i ima terasu od 13 m četvornih sa pogledom na more i centar Vodica. Studio apartman br. 3 se nalazi u prizemlju i ima terasu ispred apartmana.
Dobro došli u apartmane Špadina u Vodicama. Želimo Vam ugodan boravak ,lijepo vrijeme i da se dobro odmorite i zabavite u Vodicama.Ja sam umirovljenik i živim sa suprugom u jednom apartmanu kuće koja se iznamljuje.Pošto smo po cijeli dan kući,tako smo i turistima na usluzi ako im nešto zatreba. Dočekujemo i ispraćamo goste,
Naša ulica se nalazi u blizini mora,autobusne stanice,tržnice,ljekarne,banke,pošte restorana i kafića.Par minuta od naših apartmana nalazi se plaža Male Vruje i Hangar, te hoteli Sky olimpia i Imperijal.
