I have renovated two apartments in the house next to the one I live in while keeping in mind to hold onto some of history items from my family heritage. I also own book café which is close to the house. I will meet all my guests there and lead them to the apartment. Guests looking for an active holiday or a relaxing detox of body and mind are my future guests. Proximity to forests, rivers and mountains, hidden trails or natural lookouts will be a good alternative to urban city bustle. I know who makes the finest cheese, local, small farms with eco-growing vegetables, whose jams are best to spread on pancakes, where bees live that give the finest honey, where to eat well and drink even better. I have been dreaming about welcoming guests for over decade now. During last year I decided to grow strawberries, raspberries etc. in my garden. While enjoying myself seeing how orchard is blossoming I have decided to start working on my long dream… welcoming guests and showing them all the hidden beauties of Otočac! I always enjoyed travelling and meeting new people so I am hoping for a nice chats with my guests!

We have an excellent geographical position, since we are located in the very center of the Republic of Croatia. You can easily reach us by the A1 motorway, the popular Dalmatian, and from the eponymous motorway exit to the Paradiso apartment is only 5 km away. We are located in the center of Lika - Senj County and are within easy reach of the river Gacka (distance from the apartment 400 m), the Adriatic Sea (40 km) and the mountain Velebit (25 km). We are only 50 km away from the oldest and largest NP in Croatia, Plitvice Lakes, as well as from MC Nikola Tesla in Smiljan.
