Located in the exclusive part of Malinska, 300 m from the sea, it is a quiet resort, which is ideal for friends and families that want to enjoy wonderful and relaxing vacations. If you want evening walks along the waterfront or fun, the city center is only 950m away. There are four types of apartments; 2 apartments with two bedrooms and 3 apartments with three bedrooms. Two apartments have the private pool and other two are without pool. Each bedroom has own bathroom (one bedroom per apartment has bathtub and others are with shower). Fully equipped kitchen with an elegant dining room provides all that is necessary for a satisfying eating experience. Each apartment has a beautiful large terrace where you can dine and enjoy the sunset. The access road in front of the Villas is private and includes four parking spaces, which do not have to be booked in advance. Hosts of the house are available for any needs.
