Located 800 metres from a beach, Ulika Rooms and Apartments is 3 km from the historic centre of Poreč with the UNESCO-listed Euphrasian Basilica. It offers free bikes and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony or a terrace. Free Wi-Fi access is available. All accommodation units feature a TV, a fridge and a private bathroom with shower, while only the apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The well-kept garden with barbecue facilities is at guests' disposal. Free on-site parking is provided. The nearest grocery store is is 500 metres away, as well as a restaurant. Daily excursions to Venice, Brijuni National Park and to surrounding islands can be booked in the centre. The Main Bus Station is 3.5 km away, while Pula Airport is at a distance of 55 km. Marjan and Tea
The well-kept garden is home for 6 olive trees that are almost a century old. Under some olives, and all around the house, there are flowers that are a treat for each eye: pelargonium peltatum, petunia x hybrida surfinia, calla, and many others. You can also look around some of the old construction machines that we used many years ago. In the evening, the gateway for the room parking lots closes as the guest arrive.
Here, in a little town called Poreč, a young couple that's very enthusiastic invites everybody who's of true will and curiosity, to delight in the tastes and nature of Istria. We're ready to supply you with all the answers you need. We're also very happy when we can help you discover something new and at your own taste. As always, we're keen to make you some excursion advice, to search for adequate travel solutions, to manage transport issues, to give you good restaurant tips, basically, to communicate with you as much as we can. People are our passion.
The house is situated in a calm and charming neighborhood, on the south-west side of the city. Like most of the Poreč's surrounding, there is no big skyscrapers, not even 5 and more floors high buildings, but family houses with gardens, great for those who want to forget on a city rush. In the very nearness of the house are located some good restaurants, a grocery shop, beach and sports activities. The town is accessible by car, foot or even better, by bike. We're always encouraging our guests to explore the city and the surrounding with bikes that are at their availability.
