Both apartments, a larger apartment for 4/6 people and a smaller studio for 2 people, are superbly and modernly furnished and were rented out for the first time in 2021. The larger apartment also has an American refrigerator with automatic ice maker and refrigerated water. From the larger apartment for 4/6 people, located on the 1st floor there is a beautiful view of the sea and the old town of Krk (the sea can even be seen from the bed in one of the bedrooms). The sea is also partially visible from the Studio located on the ground floor. Both apartments have a fenced separate open terrace on the ground floor, Studio apartment for 2 people has its own hot tub for 2 people, and larger Apartment for 4/6 people has its own hot tub for 5 people. On both separate terraces, our guests have the option of free use of stone barbecue, deck chairs and outdoor chairs and tables that are not shared with another apartment. The northern part of the terrace, which belongs to the apartment for 4/6 people, offers pleasant shade for almost the whole day, while the southern part of the terrace, which belongs to the Studio, offers sunbathing on deckchairs for almost the whole day.

Satisfaction of our guests is our priority and we want to offer our guests the highest level of comfort. The most beautiful thing is when we see that our guests really enjoy their stay in our apartments. That is why we make improvements every year to make our stay in our apartments even more pleasant. We have recently remodeled the outdoor terrace on the ground floor, so that each of the apartments has its own partitioned terrace with its own hot tub, deck chairs, chairs, stone barbecue and solar shower. On the exterior stone wall, however, we recently installed tinted glass to give our guests more privacy. Air conditioners are installed in all rooms, including all bedrooms, so that our guests can cool off in the apartments.

The newly built modern building where the apartments are located is located along a quiet one-way street in the most elite neighborhood in the town of Krk. Each apartment has 1 free parking space in the private car park in front of the property. Since there is not much traffic and noise, our guests can completely relax and enjoy a well-deserved vacation. Your personal vehicle will be parked in our parking lot in front of the facility for almost the entire holiday, as all the city's sights, beach and restaurants are only a few minutes' walk away. There are also many excursion options for cyclists. If you wish, you can spend the day on the terrace on the ground floor, where you can use the your own hot tube - Jacuzzi, deck chairs, tables and chairs, solar shower and stone barbecue where you can bake a delicious steak or fish outside. Each apartment has a separate outdoor terrace and a separate hot tub - jacuzzi, which is not shared with another apartment. The town of Krk offers visitors many opportunities for walks, cycling, swimming in the sea, fishing, boat trips to the surrounding islands. Apartments are only a 5 - 10 minute walk to the sea and old town Krk.
