Welcome to one of our stylish 1BDR or 2BDR apartments located in the vibrant residential neighbourhood, just a few minutes walk from the sandy beach Trstenica and 60m from the closest beach! These designer spaces are perfect for those seeking comfort and convenience in a beautifully designed space. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a light and airy open-concept living area with a beautifull terrace. Each fully-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, a bar area for casual aperitivo, and all the essentials you'll need to cook up a delicious meal. Each bright and spacious bedroom comes with a queen-size bed with soft linen, ensuring a restful night's sleep. A wardrobe provides ample storage for your belongings, helping you feel right at home. A cute balcony, accessible from the main living space, is the perfect sunny spot for morning coffee or tea. Each living room is equipped with a cosy extendable sofa, providing additional sleeping arrangements for 2 people. If you are looking to unwind after a long day, the living room offers ample entertainment opportunities, including a Smart TV with cable. Each stylish bathroom features a spacious shower with a rain shower, adding extra comfort to your stay. We provide a high-quality set of towels, and you have a washing machine at your disposal. Our apartment is situated in a new and modern building. The building is located in a beautiful residential area, a few steps walk away (60m) from the closest beach and a few minutes away from the popular sand beach Trstenica. The famous Knez Domagoj Promenade is located by the apartment, while major universities and hospitals are located nearby. If you look for thrilling activities, kitesurfing at Viganj is only 15 minutes driving from the apartment. Knez Domagoj Promenade is home to many bars and restaurants. Combination of seaside residential coziness and the proximity to beaches, offers the perfect spot for exploring Orebić. Beach is accessible with foot, bike or a car! The same applies for downtown Orebić which is approximately 15 minutes walk away! The city does not have public transportation, but everything is close and easy accessible. Around the building you can find many shops, restaurants and cafes. There is available parking spot in front of the building! Airport in Dubrovnik (DBV) is located 123 km from the apartment and it is easily accessible by public transport, car or an organised shuttle.
