Johann Radauer and his family, your hosts are Austrians and have lovingly built the Cool Silo Appartement Resort *****. In 2017, everything started with a house with 5 apartments, 2018 was newly built and on 29.05.2019
newly opened with a total of 14 apartments.
The entire rental and reservation runs through Mrs. Mateja and Mr. Vjeran and his team looks after you on the spot.
Both are always at your disposal for questions, concerns.
Property information
With great attention to detail and exclusivity the new opening of the Cool Silo Appartement Resort ***** will take place on 29.05.2019.
The small but modern equipped resort consists of 5 houses with 20 apartments for 2 - 4 people each.
All apartments are equipped with terrace, balcony partly 2 balconies.
Bookable depending on the category with garden view or sea view.
Marble floor, high-quality walnut furniture, sat-Flatscreen, free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with partial
2 bathrooms, linen, towels provided.
In the resort you will find a 100 square meter heated swimming pool with 4 sun loungers and 1 parasol per apartment, a bistro and a fitness center.
You can also borrow different models of bicycles from us.
We offer trekking bikes. All bikes are brand new models from Merida.
The island of Krk offers many different tours and when you rent you get all the information about the bike paths from us.
The supermarket with bakery is only 200 meters away. Many small sandy coves invite you to take a dip in the sea.
