Luxury Villa Nerra with a private hydro-massage pool (30 m²), sauna, jacuzzi, and gym represents a modern designer villa. Located in Medulin, Istria, it is just 230 meters from the sea and the nearest beach. Medulin is a popular destination in Istria offering beautiful beaches, various activities for children, and a wide selection of restaurants with delicious delicacies. The villa is situated on a plot of 600 m², with an interior space of an impressive 400 m². It consists of three floors, providing luxurious accommodation for guests, including a total of four bedrooms, four private bathrooms, and two guest WCs. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with king-size beds, each with its own bathroom with a shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a TV and have access to the pool. A few steps lead to a special lounge area, the Wine Cellar. The villa also has an elevator for your convenience. The second floor consists of an air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to an outdoor terrace where you can dine with friends or family. On the other side of the floor, there is a balcony and a guest WC. On the third floor, you can work out in the gym and then relax in the spa area, which offers a jacuzzi and sauna with a stunning view of the sea and the town of Medulin, which truly leaves everyone breathless. On this floor, there is also the fourth air-conditioned bedroom with a TV, a private bathroom, and access to an outdoor terrace with a direct view of the sea.
