The holiday home consists of three house units with separate entrances and their own terraces, as well as a large shared terrace with a pool and a barbecue in the garden. The house accommodates up to 16 people across three separate-entry houses. The one-bedroom house (S1) hosts 2 plus 2 on a sofa bed. The two-bedroom house (S2) hosts 4 plus 2 on a sofa bed. The deluxe two-bedroom house (S3) hosts 4 plus 2 on a sofa bed. One-bedroom house (S1) is located on the ground floor. In front of the house entrance, there is a terrace that belongs to a part of the yard. Two-bedroom house (S2) located on the first floor on the north side. The house consists of two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. There is also an additional toilet. The house has a private terrace, which also serves as the entrance to the house. Deluxe two-bedroom house (S3) located on the first floor on the south side. The house consists of two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. There is also an additional toilet. The first bedroom has two single beds, and the second one has a double bed. The house has its own terrace that is part of the yard. All houses are fully air-conditioned, have a smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. This holiday home is a gem because, in addition to beautiful Brač stone and interior, as well as a stunning exterior with abundant greenery, plants, a garden, and a pool, it is close to all the attractions essential for a vacation - the city center, the beach, shops, and various restaurants and cafes just 10 meters from the property. Please note: The swimming pool is closed during the autumn and winter season and cannot be used.

Pučišća, a place surrounded by vernacular houses whose architecture harmoniously adapts to the land's configuration, creating unique urban units with a distinct ambiance and aesthetic atmosphere. Pučišća also boasts buildings of architectural and historical significance, notably its oldest structures - towers and fortresses dating back to the 15th and 16th centuries, some still visible today. Brač stone, renowned for its beauty and quality, has been used in construction since ancient times. Discovered by the Romans two thousand years ago, it was utilized in numerous prominent buildings, including Diocletian's Palace in Split and the cathedrals in Šibenik and Trogir. Tourists can best experience Brač stone in Pučišća, home to Europe's oldest stonemasonry school, which exclusively teaches stone processing using ancient Roman hand tools.
