Our family is growing up olive trees and making olive oil. That is the reason why house was built. Our property has 10000m2 planted with more of 200 olive trees. We decided to build small house, where we can take a brake during the works on the olives trees. We want to build something what can be part of nature (stone, woods...). When it was finished, many friends asked me to rent them a house to relax. That is how we get on booking.. We Our olive tree garden is up in the mountain from place Marina, but still just 5 km from the beach. The closest house is down in the village, 1 km far away. House is powered with solar panels, but full equipment with internet, TV, 220V electricity, Fresh water and it is independent from rest of world. You can enjoy in nature, walking, hiking and there is more than 20 km of bicycle roads. On the property, you can find small garden with domestic tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, which you can pick up and make your own salat direct from the garden. House is finished 2023., but still working around it. We can prepare for you our specialty "Peka". Also, you can do our olive oil testing and try our domestics wine. In a autumn, you can pick up olive grapes with us, and make your own bottle of fresh olive oil in the same day.

This house is like Robinson house. Far away from all other houses. in the pure nature. You will be alone at 1Ha of property and the closest neighbor is 1 km far away from you.

The house is located 1 km from the closest neighbors (village), in the 1 ha private olive trees garden. You can take a walk, cycle or car to the 1 km far village. Small market is 1.5 km away, Supermarket, coffee bars, bakery, beach...are 4 km away in main place Marina. From the airport, there is 15 km and from the highway, only 13 km. Famous town Primošten is 24 km far away and national park "Krka" is only 37 km from our house.
