Elevated above the Gruz harbour on a quiet street, Guesthouse S&L offers panoramic views of the Adriatic coastline. It is only a 5-minute drive from the centre of Dubrovnik, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
All rooms at S&L come with air conditioning, a seating area and parquet flooring. Some rooms have beach and sea views, all rooms have a private bathroom.
At Guesthouse S&L, there is a shared terrace with a dining area. Guests have access to the barbecue facilities and satellite TV in the shared living room. The Guesthouse also offers laundry services and an airport shuttle.
Free of charge, guests can be picked up from the bus station 600 metres away or Gruz ferry port 500 metres away. There is also free Wi-fi and private parking available.

Guesthouse S&L is private house.This year we renovated the entire house and we shared the management of the booking in two so that part of the rooms can be found under the new name Guesthouse S&L 1.There is garden around house and two terraces .One of then is on the first floor with view at marina and sea. The view is even better from the balconies.One terrace has nice shade,
It's not easy to say anything about myself .You better read reviews and you'll see what my guest say about me.
It's practically city center .It takes less them 5 min walk to the marina and sea.There is mini market next to the house.Then there are 2 bakeries ,pizza place ,caffe , pastry shop in 2-3 min walk .It takes 10 min walk to the boats or fery for a guests who want to visit beautiful Elaphiti islands or National Park Mlet.
