This traditionally built stone house is located in the eastern part of Bol, close to the beautiful Martinica family beach. You will have access to a private BBQ and a spacious terrace where you can enjoy meals together. This secluded house is surrounded by greenery and consists of two beautifully furnished double bedrooms, both with queen size beds(160x200), a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a living room with a sofa that can be an extra bed for two people. There are three air conditioners in the house, one in each bedroom and one in the living/dining area. WiFi is also included. The living room leads to a terrace equipped with a large wooden dining table, a summer kitchen, an open fireplace, and a washing machine in the storage area. From the terrace, you can enjoy panoramic sea views, the island of Hvar, and the ancient Dominican monastery. You can also relax on our sun deck with sun loungers, parasol, and a good glass of wine.

Our location is on the eastern side of Bol, in a serene area that offers a picturesque view of the sea and the island of Hvar. Our house is surrounded by lush greenery, providing a peaceful and isolated atmosphere. Additionally, there is a cycling trail in close proximity, which allows you to have a unique perspective of the island of Brac. The city center is approximately 700 meters away from our house. To get there, you can take a leisurely stroll down the street and enjoy a nice walk along the seaside. The nearest beaches are Martinica, which is on the left side of the monastery, and Ribarska beach, which is on the right side of the monastery. Some people say that Zlatni Rat beach is the most beautiful one in Bol, but we recommend visiting the east side of Bol. You can find a variety of restaurants and markets within walking distance, approximately 300 to 400 meters away.
