The cottage is uniquely located directly by the sea and is also accessible only by sea. Electricity is supplied by solar panels, so the use of electrical appliances is limited. Water comes from the well, which is connected to the house with a pump. One bedroom is in the basement, with separate access. The cottage is located in a unique location, right by the sea and is accessible by sea or land. The last 300 meters from the parking lot to the vacation property are accessible only on foot via a narrow rocky path through the forest and is therefore not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The house owner will, if necessary, transport the guests' luggage, by boat. Enjoy social hours on the covered terrace on the ground floor with barbecue.
