On the 1st floor there is an apartment with living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. The remaining two units are located on the first floor, one is equipped with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom and the other with bathroom, kitchen, dining room and 2 bedrooms (1 passage room). In the well-kept garden, the swimming pool invites you to an invigorating cooling on hot summer days. The historic old town of Labin, with numerous sights and art galleries, is definitely worth a visit.
