The house, in which the apartment is located ('duplex studio'), is a cultural-historic preserved building, built in the XVII th. century. It is partially equipped with antique furniture, in style with the tradicional old Dubrovnik houses. The house is surrounded by vegetation found in old Dubrovnik gardens, and offers quietness and relaxation in the center of the town. The apartment has a beautifull panoramic view of Old Town Dubrovnik – City Walls, Town Harbour, sea, the island of Lokrum... You can enjoy your view by sitting in large comfortable leather sofas. Twin rooms offer quietness and relaxation in the shade of the vegetation found in old Dubrovnik gardens, in the town center.In the garden there is a terrace paved from stone, with a lot of vegetation which protects our guests from noise and crowded streets. Shade and very comfotable micro-climate is accomplished by vegetation found in old Dubrovnik gardens. Every room has a separate entrance from the garden.

The house is located just before the old City walls of Dubrovnik, beside fortress 'Minčeta'. There is only a 5 minute walk to Stradun (center of town), cable car, and all culture sights of Dubrovnik. The city beach is just a 10 minutes walk away from the apartment.
