The ground floor consists of a kitchen with dining area, living room, bathroom and terrace (hidden from direct sunlight and fenced with greenery). The floor is connected to the ground floor by external stairs. The floor consists of two bedrooms, balcony, small toilet with shower and closed hallway. First room is furnished with vintage furniture from family heritage in combination with modern new pieces. Second room is furnished with simple modern white furniture. The house is spacious and offers everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay. IMPORTANT: *TAP WATER IS NOT ONLY SAFE TO DRINK *WATER SUPPLY IS ON UNDERGROUND PUMP AND LITTLE NOISE IS POSSIBLE WHEN WATER IS USED *SOME ITEMS MAY BE DIFFERENT THAN IN THE PICTURE DUE TO REPLACEMENT AND CLEANING

The nearest beach is Biskupljača. Biskupljača beach is located in the northwestern part of the island of Vir. It is one of the oldest and most modern modern harbors for boats, smaller ships and speedboats. The beach is characterized by pebble and sandy seabed, and concrete and pebbles on the shore. The entire promenade is in greenery, and benches for resting are set up along the entire beach. On the beach there is a modern cafe with a beautiful view of the bay. Umbrellas and deck chairs are placed on the beach, which can be used for a fee. The sea is moderately shallow and suitable for families with children.
