The newly built, sophisticated Villa Bevel House is situated on the Pelješac Peninsula, the longest Dalmatian peninsula, precisely in the wine-growing region Postup, renowned for its long-standing wine production tradition. Postup is part of the municipality of Orebić, located five kilometers away, belonging to the Dubrovnik-Neretva County. Therefore, the Bevel House villa is positioned on the slopes of the southwest coast of the island, providing panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea from all rooms as it extends horizontally in front of the villa. The villa covers an area of 260 m², and the land area is an impressive 1096 m². Bevel House Villa will captivate you at first sight with its modern appearance, luxurious furnishings, and extravagant interior design. The nearest beach, Ovrata Beach, is located west of Bevel House, just 600 meters away, while Mokalo Beach, also sandy, is to the east of the villa. If you are a fan of fine tastes and want to delight your palate, there are restaurants five kilometers away from the villa. These establishments offer a rich gastronomic selection with local ingredients and traditional recipes. Bevel House Villa features a 36 m² infinity pool, with a depth of 1.65 m.
