The building is located in a quiet part of the city, within the forest park Marjan , 15 minutes' walk from the city center and 10 minutes' walk to a large supermarket and fresh fruit and vegetable market. Just 5 minutes' walk to the nearest beach, Jadarn beach bar . The facility has a private parking lot for guests for 1 car only and a swimming pool for apartment guests only, which can be heated for an additional fee of 30 euros per day. We would like to highlight that the second room is a detached space from the main apartment, featuring a private entrance and its own bathroom facilities
The neighborthood is very quite and peaceful , we never have any break-ins or that I hear about .
