Within 20 meters walking distance of the property there are various cafes, restaurants and all the major Split sights of Pjaca as a main square, the Museum of the City of Split, the statue of Gregory of Nin, the Peristyle, the Cathedral of St. Duomo, the Croatian National Theater, the beautiful promenade Riva.
Summer evenings are famous specially like Diocletian's Days, Split Summer Festival, Open Air Theatre, Sustipan Nights and many other events that will make you experience the true summer bustle of the Dalmatia. You can escape from summer high temperatures and find refreshments on the nearby beaches and islands on its surroundings.
