The beautiful Villa Carlin is located in Pridraga and offers a perfect vacation that you will remember forever! This villa has everything you need to enjoy all-day swimming and diving, and fun with your loved ones. Built in 2022 in a contemporary style, it is fully air-conditioned, offers you 120 m2 of living space, and can accommodate a maximum of 6, and optimally 4 people. You will comfortably accommodate in 2 bedrooms with a double bed. As an additional bed, you can use a sofa bed for 1 person. Both rooms have a TV, air conditioning and a safe. You will also use 2 bathrooms with showers. There is also a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare meals for family and friends, and there is a dining room with a dining table. Right next to the dining room is the living room, which will be the ideal place to enjoy your favorite movies. On the outdoor terrace, you will enjoy swimming in the heated hydromassage pool measuring 32 m2. Next to it are 4 sun loungers and 2 parasols. There is also an outdoor shower and an outdoor seating area, perfect for drinking your morning coffee. You will also like the outdoor dining table with 8 seats and a barbecue. As additional facilities, you can use a washing machine, iron and baby cot. Villa Carlin is pet friendly, which will especially delight all those guests who want to bring a pet with them on vacation. This villa is also suitable for people with disabilities. The villa is completely fenced and has private parking spaces and a beautifully landscaped lawn. If you are one of those who like to have an active vacation, 2 bicycles are available, and there is a bicycle path near the villa. Paklenica National Park covers an area of 95 km², on the slopes of southern Velebit, and its highest peaks - Vaganski vrh and Sveto brdo - are also located there. What is truly special about this park is that such a small area contains such a wealth of geomorphological forms and very attractive landscapes complemented by rich ecosystems. The most recognizable features of Paklenica are definitely its dense black pine forests and deep canyons of two rivers. In addition to its natural heritage, this national park is also rich in cultural heritage and destinations for history lovers. If you are looking for an adrenaline rush, rafting on the Zrmanja River is the solution! Rafting Zrmanja is an adrenaline-filled excursion adorned with perfectly crystal clear water and a spectacular canyon with magnificent waterfalls. You will have the opportunity to see diverse flora and fauna and explore the typical karst phenomenon of travertine waterfalls for which this area is famous. You will quickly learn the techniques of rowing in a raft boat with the help of licensed guides as you slowly enter the canyon. After the first hour of paddling through easy rapids, you will visit the beautiful waterfalls of the Krupa River and swim under them. More waterfalls and rapids await you as you continue the excursion down the Zrmanja River all the way to Muškovci, where the excursion ends. At the end of the Zrmanja rafting excursion, you can refresh yourself at a nearby restaurant with a drink or a meal of your choice.
