Marim Luxury Villas was founded in 2020 with our first project, Villa Marim directly at the beach. Our vision is to offer our guests a unique vacation, creating unforgettable memories. We expanded our scope and offer even more family-owned luxury villas on Marim Luxury Villas.

In October 2019, the planning process of Villa Marim began on a spacious plot of land directly by the sea, and in summer 2022 the luxury villa on the island of Krk in Croatia will open for you. With 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a luxury seaside vacation with friends or the whole family becomes a reality. Whether in the whirlpool, in the sauna, in bed, or on the beach: the incredible sea view can be enjoyed from anywhere and the water is only a few steps away. Relax and enjoy! On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms, each with private bathrooms and an incredible sea view from your bed. A spacious living room, kitchen including dining room and utility room, as well as an open fireplace that elegantly connects all rooms, are located on the ground floor. Next door, in a separate part of the complex, you will find the luxury suite, independent of the rest of the building, with a bedroom, bathroom and its own kitchen. All rooms are connected to a large terrace where the pool, the outdoor kitchen and a dining area are located.
