A beautiful, modern apartment in the center of Zagreb, opposite the Kaptol center This beautifully designed apartment is located in the heart of Zagreb, opposite Kaptol Center on Tkalčićeva Street. It offers comfortable accommodation with a separate bedroom and an integrated living room with a kitchen. The apartment comes with an parking space in garage. Garage is right across the street and is included in the price. It is situated on the second floor of a newer building and faces the courtyard, providing peace and quiet, ideal for rest and relaxation. Numerous restaurants, cafes, museums, and Ban Jelačić Square are located nearby. The apartment is designer-furnished and recently renovated. All appliances and furniture are brand new. It is ideal for 2-3 people
Kaptol is a historic neighborhood that was founded in medieval as episcopal village. Today it is considered to be the center of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Zagreb and is definitely one of the most recognizable parts of the city. Its main landmark is the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the Saints Stephen and Ladislaus, known simply as the Zagreb Cathedral, the largest sacral building in Croatia and one of the most valuable monuments of Croatian cultural heritage
