It's equipped with one air conditioner in the living room, 1 dishwasher and one wash machine. Flat screen 55" TV and flat WiFi internet (optical speed-fibra) including cable TV. The grocery store are literally attached to to building. Equipped kitchen with everything you need to make you feel at home (toaster, espresso maker-caffettiera,microwave etc). It's on the seventh floor (2 elevators in the building at your disposition) so you can enjoy your evenings on the balcony in piece. It's the perfect place to stay because in radius of 20 km you can visit the most popular Croatian Adriatic beaches (City of Opatija, Crikvenica, Rovinj) and islands (Krk, Cres). The nearest beach is only 1km from the apartment ( 10-12 minutes of walk). No need to use the car.

You will be hosted by the most friendly couple in Croatia :) We are not just renting the apartment. We want our guests to feel like at home. We are speaking English, Italian and a bit German. We live 2 minutes from the apartment, so in case of any urgent need, we are in 2 minutes at your apartment :) Our "saying" is that ranting is not just the business. The supermarket store is attached to the building so you have everything you need in radius of 20 meters :) Another Pizzeria bar (Destino) is 4 minutes of walk and also fast food (Mcdonald's) is in the Tower center mall which is also 3 minutes away from the apartment so you are welcome to park your car and enjoy everything you need. Also , in Tower Center there is a great restaurant with the famous Croatian meat and fish. The nearest beach (Pećine- Pajol beach) is only 2 km from the apartment ( 12 minutes of walk)
