This perfectly placed house has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two others with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen with cooker and refrigerator, and two bathrooms with showers, which is always a good thing!
The house has a big patio wit BBQ and gardens. The beach is only one minute away from the house and five minutes from the centre and it takes only 10 minutes walking along a tree-lined promenade to enjoy the beauty of Zlatni Rat beach. Several water sport schools are also close to the house as well as several waterfront restaurants and bars and a children's fun park.
Satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a parking space are also available for all the guests of this lovely house.
If you want to enjoy a vacation with your family or group of friends just a minute from the beach and the sheltered promenade, which offers fun and relaxation for children and adults, and a few minutes from the town centre, choose this house!
