The Marić family owns the facility and as all four family members work in the facility, it can rightly be said that when you come to Mimbelli, you will feel like home. Željko is the head of the family. As with all Dalmatian families, his wife Željana keeps at least three corners of the house. Daughter Žana is the chef, in addition to a formal culinary education, she has already gathered a lot of awards from various gastro competitions. Son Patrick is still in school but uses every opportunity to be on hand, especially in the summer when he serves guests like an excellent waiter.
