Newly built in a contemporary construction style with a maximum capacity for 9 people, Villa Maris will provide you with a perfect combination of modern and luxurious. The total area of the living space is 220 m2, and the area of the property of 380 m2 offers everything more than enough for complete enjoyment. Villa Maris has a sea view and offers complete peace. Also, this villa is ideal for families with children because it has a children's playroom with toys that will delight your little ones! Also, the villa has 4 bedrooms: 2 measuring 180x210, and two measuring 160x200. On the ground floor, there is an outdoor heated pool of 28 m2, 1.65 meters deep, with two massage jets + a bench inside the pool. Next to it are 6 deckchairs, and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill to prepare traditional Dalmatian dishes. The ground floor also has a kitchen with a bar and two bar stools, the already mentioned children's playroom, and a bathroom. Enjoy Villa Maris and take with you beautiful memories!
