It is our utmost pleasure to welcome you to Modern XXL Villa. We furnished and equipped the Villa to meet all the requirements of a modern guest, combining the pleasing visual aspect with the comfort and practicality. It comprises of two separate holiday homes with an outdoor pool and a huge parking lot. The Villa has 2 kitchens with teraces, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, 8 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,2 toilets and an outdoor shower.. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances - dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, espresso machines, water kettles, fridges and frezzers. In the bathrooms threre are hair drieres and washing machines. In the 8 bedrooms with balcony and the mountain view there are 6 air conditioners and 2 more are located downstairs in the living room. The WIFI password will also be provided and it is free. The pool is lit and there are 18 pool chairs at your disposal. There is also a small children´s playground with a trampoline and the swings, as well as a small gym (free bikes inculuded). There is also a small football pitch near the Villa. You will also find a huge outdoor grill at your disposal. Children are more than welcome. We will provide you with a crib, a bathing tub and an infant walker.

We like meeting new people, so we decided to rent our Villa. In here you will find a true oasis of tranquility and beauty. Forests, rivers, lakes, mountains and the sea - a fairylike scenery to provide you with the escape from the heat of urban asphalt. In my free time me and my family enjoy producing jams, liquers, prosciutto, honey, natural soap... we make these for our own use but we will happily offer you the same so you can fully experience the dalmatian cuisine. Modern XXL Villa is situated in Gornji Vukušići 38-39, Katuni Šestanovac, Dalmatian region with rich historical and cultural heritage. Geographically it is only 4 km away from the highway, 60km from the airport, 27 km from the city of Makarska, 30km from Imotski, 50km from Split, 160km from Dubrovnik and 90 from Međugorje (Bosnia and Herzegovina). We are situated in a peaceful and quiet village, ideal for outdoor activities. Besides trekking, you can go cycling- there are few bicycles at your disposal in various sizes. You can also go mountaineering at National Park Biokovo which is only 8km away. There is also zipline and rafting on the river Cetina-only 5 km away. If you want to go swimming, the closest beach is only 13km away, but there are also multiple other beaches for you to discover along our coastline. Red Lake and Blue Lake are considered to be a worldwide phenomenon. Go and find out-it is only 28km away.
