Sea view Villa Amaria is an amazing newly renovated property situated in the peaceful village of Svirče on the beautiful island of Hvar. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, offering panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea, and featuring a private swimming pool, it provides the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a truly stress-free vacation. With four elegantly furnished bedrooms, each equipped with its own en-suite bathroom, the villa comfortably accommodates a group of up to 10 persons. During a visit by My Dalmatia, we were particularly impressed by the stylish interior of your holiday home. It spreads over 3 levels and provides wonderful balconies which overlook the sea, green hills surrounding the village and their vineyards. The top floor of Villa Amaria features a master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and another bedroom ideal for children. The second bedroom consists of a lower part with a double bed and a galleria with 2 single beds. Also, there is an en-suite bathroom attached to it. The middle level welcomes you to a spacious and well lit living/dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a bedroom equipped with a king-size bed, as well as its own bathroom. The lower floor is home to another open-plan living space, an additional kitchen, a massage room, a bedroom with king-size bed and 2 modern bathrooms. From there you have direct access to the lovely covered terrace where your private swimming pool is located. The pool has a hydro massage function and the pool area is well equipped with sun chairs and parasols. Finally, below the swimming pool there is a charming garden with fresh fruit and vegetables including a few chickens which produce daily fresh eggs. The entire property is air-conditioned and provides plenty of private parking space for its guests.
