Villa Aria is located in the quiet village of Kringa, right in the heart of Central Istria. The area is peaceful and rural, with few neighbors, mostly local residents and other holiday homes, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Since the villa is not on the main road, there's very little traffic and plenty of privacy. Although Kringa feels calm and remote, it's actually very well-connected. Its central location makes it easy to visit the coast and nearby towns like Poreč and Rovinj, both less than a 30-minute drive away. You really get the best of both worlds: peaceful countryside and vibrant coastal towns within easy reach. Just 150 meters from the villa, there’s an excellent local restaurant offering traditional Istrian dishes. A small grocery store is only 1 kilometer away and has all the essentials. The area offers a taste of local life, with a few nearby farms producing Istrian specialties like prosciutto, cheese, olive oil, and wine. A small craft winery just a few minutes away is a great spot to taste local wines and enjoy warm, authentic hospitality. If you're visiting with kids, the Adrenaline Park is only 1 kilometer away. It has a zip line, swings, quad rides, a fast-food stand, and plenty of space to relax. Pets are welcome there too. For sports lovers, a football and basketball court is also just 1 kilometer from the villa.
