THE PROPERTY IS SITUATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE HOUSE WITH NO OVERWIEV AT SEA ,BUT THERE IS A BIG OUTSIDE TERASE IN FRONT OF THE ENTRACE OF THE APARTMANT THAT HAS A WONDERFUL SEASIDE WIEV,AND A BBC/GRILL FOR YOU AND FOR THE GUESTS FROM ONLY ONE ANOTHER APARTMENT.THE TERACE IS ON THE FIRST FLOOR ,ABOVE THE ROAD ABOUT 4 M, SECLUDED AND HIDDEN BY OLIVE TREES,SO YOU HAVE PRIVACY FOR YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.THE BEACH IS FIVE MINUTES WALK FROM THE HOUSE.
ON THE FIRST FLOOR WHERE IS YOUR APARTMANT NORTH SPOT,THERE IS ANOTHER APARTMANT NAMED SPOT.THE TERRACE IS FOR YOU AND FOR THEM TOGETHER TO USE SO IT IS ACTUALLY IDEAL FOR A BIGGER GROUP OF PEOPLE (9 AT MOST) FOR A JOIN VACATION.IT IS A QUIET NEIGHBOURHOOD,BECAUSE DRAŠNICE IS A SMALL PLACE WITHOUT HOTELS,ORIENTED MOSTLY ON FAMILY VACATIONS.
