Welcome to Olea Residence! The complex was newly built in 2017 and is situated in Poreč. This brand new spacious apartments with high quality fittings is perfectly designed for a comfortable stay for 2 - 8 persons.The complex is surrounded with beautiful garden with splendid Mediterranean plants and outdoor swimming pool. Sunbathing terrace with sun loungers around the pool are the perfect place to relax. Beautiful sunny beach with crystal sea are very close from residence. Free parking provided.

Neighbourhood information

If you want to spend your vacation on a peaceful place away from everything but still want to have possibility of eating in first class local food restaurants or wine tasting in some of the Croatia’s best cellars without breaking the bank, Olea Residence is the perfect choice. Also if you feel like visiting some of the officially most beautiful places in the world such as Plitvice lakes (3 hours drive), Brijuni islands (1 hour drive) or even Venice – Italy (easily accessible by boat or 2 and half hour drive), rent a motor boat or sailing yacht for a day to experience the sea, our place is probably the best place you could choose to spend your holidays.
