Villa Agata on island Rab Croatia is located close to some of the best family-friendly beaches of the Adriatic. Spacious apartments have private entrances each on their own floor. Swimming pool, Sauna (Finnish + infrared) in the courtyard are common areas used also by guests of other apartments. Firepit BBQ and the outdoor kitchen with dining facilities (round table), are also at disposal to all guests of the house. Surrounded by greenery, palms, olive trees, it is ideal for summer holiday relaxation. Fireplace in the living room is available for stays during colder days out of summer season.
Hello dear Guests, We would love to welcome you to our accommodation that is designed to provide you with the best holiday experience on island Rab. Upon arrival we will greet you, give you the keys to accommodation, and show you around the apartment and the house. We are living in the house as well in a separate area (all apartments have their own private entrances). We are available most of the time when you have any questions or need any assistance, also by mobile phone if we are not in the house at the moment. Please let us know in advance when planning to use the sauna, firepit BBQ, or outdoor kitchen and dining area, so that everything you need is provided. Looking forward to see you, Anna & Marin
Property is located close (few minutes walking) from nearest sandy beaches like Gonar or Velimel. Within sandy beach Gonar (Skoljic) you'll find a number of very good restaurants ("Gonar", "More"..), cafe's by the sea, boat rental and a diving centre. Other beaches are also within minutes and some of them are secluded beaches where it's ok to bring a pet dog as well. Town of Rab is at about 10-13 minutes driving distance.
