This peaceful oasis is the ideal retreat for those looking to escape the stress of daily life and relax amidst nature. With exclusive use of the pool, including a child-friendly shallower area, our holiday home promises endless fun in the sun for both adults and children alike. The accommodation features a spacious living and dining area, three lovingly furnished bedrooms, a dressing room, and two practical bathrooms. The living area is equipped with a seating area, a flat-screen satellite TV, and Wi-Fi, while air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures on warm days. The bedrooms are fitted with comfortable double beds, and for up to two additional children, the dressing room provides a suitable sleeping option. Free Wi-Fi also allows guests to stay connected and stream their favorite music or movies. Just 1000 meters from the sea, guests have a variety of free-access beaches at their disposal. For those who are active, a nearby 18-hole golf course is available for a fee. Furthermore, excursions to the artist village of Groznjan, the walled city of Motovun, or by boat to Venice and other cultural highlights are enticing. Bicycle tours along the promenade or a visit to Umag for shopping and culinary experiences are also possible. The immediate proximity to a supermarket, bakery, and other local services makes it easy for guests to organize their daily needs. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
