There is a living room, a dining room and a bar, while the kitchen is in the adjoining room. The lovely union of modern minimalism and traditional Mediterranean style creates a delightful atmosphere. Because of light colours, the area feels spacious. The furniture is of the highest quality. You'll see stone and wood features, such as wooden beams in the ceiling. A large sofa dominates the living room, perfect for a group movie night with the smart TV. Underfloor heating is available in every room of the villa, amplifying your enjoyment. The unique dining table for 14 will delight all guests, and the fireplace adds a special atmosphere. In the neighbouring corner of the ground floor, there's a bar with a drinks fridge, a sink, and a counter with high stools - where every party in the villa will kick off and where you can put your cocktail making skills to the test. The contemporary kitchen with an induction hob is wholly furnished with kitchenware and appliances. There's 1 bedroom on the ground floor, and 5 on the first floor. They all have light, minimal decor to make a perfect setting for relaxation. Each air-conditioned room has a private bathroom, underfloor heating, and a TV.
