The Hotel San Giorgio is a charming, small and family-run hotel on the island of Vis, 60 km off the Dalmatian coast, and can be found in the historical centre of the city of Vis. The Hotel San Giorgio is surrounded by a lush green garden with palm, lemon and orange trees. Rooms and suites are designed in a modern yet cosy style, each featuring a queen-size bed. Works of art can be found throughout the hotel. The cuisine served is inventive but inspired by the sea and traditional island recipes based on fish and sea food, grapes and wine, olive oil, wild herbs and aromatic spices.
