Welcome to our XIV Century Rooms, which are located in the center of Kaštel Novi at the sea side in walkig distance to various beaches (50 m) Cafés, Bars, Konobas and supermarkets. Each of our rooms is equipped with a small and quiet refrigerator, which is placed in the wardrobe. Due to the fact that our rooms are based on the third, fourth and fifth floor in a traditional stone house, please note that they can only be accessed by stairs. Since we are an historical Dalmatian house, we cannot install an elevator and hope for your understanding. Due to the fact, that the Konoba Dominik and us are located in the same building, the XIV Century Rooms can just be entered by passing through the Konoba. Either you can use the stairs outside via the balcony and pass through the Konoba Dominik, or you can enter the Konoba Dominik on the ground floor, and than climb up the stairs in order to get to your rooms. Of course, if you need help with your luggage, please just ask us. In case that you have a late arrival, please do not worry at all: There is a key safe on our balcony which enables you to enter our rooms even after midnight. Please just send us a message and ask for the code, which we will provide to you. To enter the balcony, please just use the stairs on the left side of the building. In order to protect our nature, we clean our rooms only every third day and hope for your understanding. But of course, if you wish yours to be cleaned more frequently, please just let us know. It will be our pleasure to follow your wishes. Furthermore, if you prefer to have fresh towels every day, please just talk to us and they will of course be offered to you. Of course, small dogs are very welcome, we just would like to ask for a one-time payment for the special cleaning of the room when you checked-out.

The new XIV Century Rooms team has just one wish: We would like to offer you a wonderful, stressless stay in our nicely decorated rooms. We started to run our little hotel on 2022/July/1st, and will do our best to make your stay in our rooms as comfortable as possible. Our XIV Century Rooms are located in the center of the beautiful and romantic Kaštel Novi, and are not more than 50-100 m away from various beaches. In our basement the Konoba Dominik is located, which offers not only delicious Dalmatian food and a lovely decorated interieur, but also a beautiful sea view. In walking distance are small supermarkets, konobas, pizzerias, and various coffee bars. Just ask us and we will recommend you the best places to go. The airport of Split is just 4 km away from us. If you need a taxi/Uber to go there or to come to us, please let us know and we will try our best to organize this for you. If you are landing at Split Airport, you can also pick bus # 37 and get out at bus stop “Kastel Novi”, which is in 500 m walking distance to us. Kaštela is actually a series of seven historical castles. 13 castles used to be counted along the coast, which is why the region was often referred to as the "Road of the Castles". Today you can still visit seven of the historic fortifications. Furthermore, a mighty olive tree about 1,500 years old, can be visited which is in Kastel Štafilić. It is a must to visit the neighboring cities: Split (20 km) and Trogir (9km).
