This Apartments are freshly and fully renovated in 2024. We have built and furnished them just like we are building them for ourselves. we have bought only high quality furniture, appliances, and bathroom are very fine! Apartments are located in a very peaceful neighborhood, close to the city and even closer to the beach. Within 5 minutes of car drive, you can get into the city center, as well as the beach.
We are a young couple that owns a Business together. We own restaurants, apartments, public parking garage, landscaping company, and this is our first apartment building that we have purchased and renovated. Since we love traveling, we also stay in a lot of private accommodation, so you can be sure that our apartments will have everything a couple needs to fully enjoy holidays
Neighborhood is very peaceful, surrounded by nature, forest, and agriculture. Some off the local families have their fields nearby, which makes this neighborhood very peaceful, surrounded with well maintained nature. about 3 kilometers form the City of pula, and about 3 kilometers away from the beach, really makes it convenient for those with the car. Beach, Superstore, Restaurants, and City Center are within 5 minutes of car drive. If you don't have the car, Uber ride is only 7-8 Euros to get anywhere, and even a Bus station is quite close.
