Enjoying a quiet location in the town of Poreč, Urban Premium Apartments is set a 20-minute walk away from the UNESCO-protected Euphrasian Basilica and the nearest beach. It offers fully equipped modern-style studios with free Wi-Fi and a balcony or a terrace. Surrounded by a well-kept garden, all apartments feature spacious interiors, hardwood floors and a private entrance. They comprise a kitchen with a dining area, a living area with a flat-screen satellite TV and a separate bedroom. Bedlinen is provided free of charge. All apartments have a DVD Home Cinema System and a CD player. Free private parking is possible on site. Guests can explore the Old Town with its historic buildings or walk along the Dekumanova Street, filled with shops and boutiques.
