Hi! We are Sanja and Elvis and we will be your hosts if you decide to book our Villa. We have two small kids and enjoy spending time with them. Our family owns a farm one hour away from Zadar so if you decide to have a breakfast we will serve you some of the domestic products from the farm (cows cheese, fresh eggs etc.We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our villa and we will do our best to make your time pleasant.

Property information

Villa Višnjik is located in the center of the town. It consists of two large apartments with terrace and two smaller studio apartments.All apartments can be booked with breakfast which can be served inside or outside the apartments(on the terrace in front of the Villa).Our Villa has 24h reception where all the questions regarding your stay can be resolved Also there is a possibility to organize the excursions to Plitvice NP, Kornati NP and Krka waterfalls. Near the property Sport center Višnjik (50m) is situated,which provides numerous sport activities including the indoor pool. 50 meters from the villa is small market Bakmaz and bakery Stanovi is 150m away. It takes only few minutes with the car to get to the Old Town, the oldest inhabited city in Croatia. In Old Town you can see a lot of attractions such as Sea organs, Greeting to the Sun and Cathedral of Saint Anastasia. Areas around the Zadar have numerous beautiful beaches which can be reached within approximately 15-20 minutes of drive from the villa. Zadar is located in the center of Adriatic coast and it is a great spot from where you can easily and fast reach all the interesting places in Dalmatian region.
