Located in Vrbovska on the island of Hvar, an island known for having the most hours of sunshine a year, Villa Aestas stands out with its harmonious architectural design that offers sea views from all rooms, but also a very convenient location, only 50 m away from the coast. The accommodation capacity of the villa is for a maximum of eight people, it is equipped with four luxuriously decorated and air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms located on the upper floor of the villa. On the ground floor of the villa there is an open dining area, modern kitchen with built-in Bosch appliances and living room with indoor heated pool up to 36 degrees so the villa can be used in colder weather. The size of the pool is 9 m2 and it has an additional options of massage jets and geysers. Due to the open concept of the ground floor with large glass walls that opens, it gives the impression that the living room is actually a covered terrace. On the ground floor of the villa there is a storage room with washing machine and dryer, a separate toilet and sauna for complete relaxation in your perfect holiday. In addition, all rooms in the villa have underfloor heating. On the spacious terrace of the villa there is another long heated swimming pool 9 m long with a total size of 23 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. Around the pool there are eight deck chairs for undisturbed enjoyment of the summer sun, and there is also an outdoor dining table and gas grill. Four parking spaces are available in the fully fenced yard of the villa. A special benefit of this villa includes a cleaning service three times a week for 2 hours
