I am Ian Ivica Saric, 47 years young Croatian native that left good old Europe when I was 19 years old in search for better life. I traveled all around the world, visited 4 continents before settling and creating a life in a New World with my wife, Natalia and 2 kids, Nicholas and Lilliana. I have lived in the United States of America for 25 years and came back to Croatia in 2025 with my beautiful family. As I have an experience in the hospitality industry, it was an obvious choice for me to create an oasis of peace, relaxation and good times in the familiar territory. I want to do everything in my power to ensure that you as my guest have the most pleasant, relaxing and interesting stay. I understand how important, short and well deserved vacation time is for our guests to recharge their batteries, clear their mind, create memories and at least shortly disconnect from rush, responsibilities and hardship of everyday life.

Villa Apolonia is located in a quiet side street, has a beautiful view of the sea, and is located approximately 300 m from the sea, with sandy beach. There are restaurants and shops, in the BORIK neighborhood, which is considered one of the elite areas of the city of ZADAR. The villa is a newer house with a landscaped courtyard and garden in which there is a swimming pool as well as accommodation for lying, sunbathing and relaxing, near the hotel and the bus station that connects you to the city center and shopping center.

Our Neighborhood is known in the city of Zadar as an elite, west side part of the town with the best beaches and is a main tourist destination. It is well connected to the city transportation, close to the beach, bars, shopping. It has as well the great position a few minutes from the Zadar city limits that assure fast exit from the city avoiding the traffic either traveling in and out, to the nearby national parks, Zadar International Airport or to the port for Ialand hopping or Ferry to the beautiful Croatian Islands or Italy.
