“very big pool and a nice terrace to chill. Also very beautiful balcony with a perfect view for the sundown. 2 kitchens are perfect to cook for big groups. Very close to the city (10 Minutes with the car). Very nice Italian restaurant nearby.”

Villa Erica is located in a peaceful neighborhood of Pula. It is a calm and charming area, far enough from the city noise and big crowds, but close enough for everything you need for a perfect vacation. Villa Erica is completely new and offers a lot of content for an amusing vacation such as a large swimming pool, billiard table, darts, table tennis and table footbal. For those interested only in resting, the large garden area is occupied with loungers and swing chairs. In the garden there is also a dining area for a delicious meal prepared in our hand-built fireplace. Villa Erica is suitable for 14 persons. Nearby you can find various markets and restaurants. The historical city centar of Pula is 10min drive away. It is also accessible with public transportation. Beautiful beaches are also a short drive away. Position of our appartment is a perfect place to stay for families seeking a quiet and relaxing holidays, and also for younger people seeking an active holiday. At our villa you will enjoy your privacy, but you will also be able to aks us whatever they need.

We will be there to welcome you on your check in and check out, and also feel free to call us for whatever you need. We will help you with getting around, and arranging additional services. We are fluent in English, Italian, German, Dutch and Slovenian language. We are willing to share all of our local tips & and we are looking forward to meeting you!
