Newly-built house near the sea (Bay of Račišće, Lumbarda). The house has been built from natural materials of the highest quality (stone, wood, ceramics) and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology (solar hot water system, top inverter air conditioners), so it is pleasant to stay in even during the hottest days of summer. It is surrounded by centuries-old olive trees that give a special atmosphere with charm. It consists of a wine cellar (under construction - not for rent) designed for a spa area with sauna , ground floor with open-space living room, kitchen and spacious dining room with open fireplace (grill), sleeping room with double bed for two persons and bathroom. The ground floor faces the garden , which guarantees privacy and relaxation. On the first floor, there is a large bedroom with a French bed for two persons and its own large terrace overlooking the sea and Peljesac. The gallery comes with a luxurious bathroom. The house has its own berth in the bay of Racisce (70 m), which is at the disposal of guests planning to use their own boat. There are no other people in the house, i.e. the whole house is being rented.

Hi, we are a couple who decided to build a new home for ourselves and enjoy life in its beauty in one of the most beautiful places in Croatia, getting away from the big cities, indulging fully into unspoiled nature and Mediterranean climate. Before we can move there permanently, we have decided to share that experience with you, our dear guests.

There is a bay nearby (50 m) with a possibility for boats' berthing, as well as 2 restaurants.
